TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Pencil booking is not allowed. Only those who have sent the reservation will be our priority. To confirm your slot, the admin will send you a calendared appointment. without scheduled appointment ur booking will not be valid/confirmed,. NON refundable policy.
2. Will send the themes/concept to choose. Any requested concepts is applicable only for those who booked early 1month prior the schedule, outfits are subjected to suppliers availability, not all themes are available( themes that outside our portfolio may vary, it may not the same as we have on our portfolio, we encourage u to select themes within our gallery. No change of themes within the day of the schedule.
3. For Emergency Reason, No session will proceed once our photographer or baby handler is sick, this is to protect the Baby. reschedule will be sent next base on the availability of both parties.
4. No one is allowed to interfere the photographer during the session. Concept you chose may change during the session if the Baby is not comfortable and not cooperative.
5. During the session, sometimes baby may suddenly scratch their face, we encourage you to file their nails before the shoot.
6. We will wrap and pose the Baby base on the chosen concepts, it may look sensitive to you while we are doing it. Grandparents are discourage to watch for they may not used to see the Baby being to make some adjustments.
8. 3 attempts to pose the Baby, if she feels uncomfortable will change the pose/transitions.
9. The package is intended for the Baby only. Any request for additional subject may have extra charges. ( Please refer to add ons)
10. Time/duration of the Session may depends on the Baby's mood.
11. Let us know if the Baby undergone minimal operations/ vaccines, medical certificate. We will not liable for any danger my incur.
12. You are free from taking photo during the session. No guest to shoot using dslr.
13. Photos posted Facebook, editing and concepts may vary depending on the baby’s mood.request in modification of babies face is not allowed. Retouch and color enhancement only. (Not all props and backdrops are available as the same as on our gallery , few are from the clients, you may ask us whenever you have prior the shoot . Claims will not be honored after the session has been done.
14. Raw files are given for the purpose of choosing photos for final edit only. Raw files are not the final output . You may have seen blurred, dark, miss aligned photos, sometimes good shots but impossible to reedit it happens all the time. Please skip and choose another one.
15. Reservation is automatically non refundable to any chances ( change of mind, personal issue, and etc)

16. Parking space, 3x3 meters space for set up is need for the home service session. Permit from condo also need to secure prior the shoot. Permit must confirmed day prior the session.
18. If you want us to choose photos for final edit. You are giving us the right to choose what is best from our perspective. In case you don't like those photos. You will have the right to choose but with addtional charge of php100 per image in excess to 30pics included on the package.
❗Link will expire in 2 weeks . Please download it asap for we don’t store files longer than 2 weeks. Only those selected photos will be edited.
17. Prices /packages may change without prior notice.
18. Due to Covid19 , for any reason schedule my change. once symptoms occurred to our staff on or before the date of the Session for your safety. Newborn Session is best for 2 to 3 weeks old maximum of 2months .
19. If schedule is affected by ECQ or any quarantine classification, schedule may change once lifted. By any chance of canceling the service due to personal issue or any reason. Down-payment is not refundable but convertible to other services. ( baptism, first birthday)
20. By any chance of change schedule due to staff/team is in sick on the day of schedule , will reschedule the day of availability for your safety .
21. Just incase you have emergency on the day of the schedule for any reason, a rebooking/rescheduling fee of 3000 will be charge on top of the package. This is where our slot is limited. Case to case basis.
